After Hours Policy:
If treatment is needed outside the hours listed above call the number below. The number is forwarded to an oncall pager/cell phone during non-business hours. If you do not get an answer please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Arrangements can be made for outside of the normal work hour treatments if necessary.
Walk-in Policy:
Although we would like to help walk-in patients please call to make an appointment. Although we are typically in the office during normal business hours listed above, training and other offsite research/activities may prohibit us from being available during the entire listed hours.
Cancellation Policy: We do not charge for missed appointments but please notify us as soon as possible if you will be unable to make your appointment.
